1.9/1.10 and Changes to PunFumblerCraft June 11th 2016 11:35AM
It has been about a month since I have finished the upgrade of all the servers to 1.9.4. This update was huge, with over 70 different plugins across all servers needing updates. With most issues with 1.9 fixed (Still continuing with fixing existing issues) we have started to make new additions to PunFumblerCraft. Some of these additions being, new chat games, Over-haul of the loot system and New easier crafting system. Full list of changes found on twitter ( @PunFumblerCraft ).
The changes to the loot system brings new light to Towny. How the system works and differs is outline here as per the release update.
"Just a quick run-down on the new system. Hostile Mobs now have names and still hold and will drop loot. Indentity Tomes are obtained from killing. Can be used by right-clicking the tome then right-clicking unindentified item in your hotbar. (This allows for you to select the unidentified item you want) Socket Gems can be attached if your Weapon/Armor/Tool has a [Socket] in the Lore. Same situation, right-click gem then right-click item in hotbar. Socket Gems add enhanced abilities onto your item. As to what those are, you will have to find out. As for rares from the old systems (Rares defined by KP), at a later date I will be offering to swap them out with the new system."
We welcome Austin (R3dDrag0on69) as the new SkyBlock Manager. He has already made some positive changes on SkyBlock and we look forward to seeing more. If you have any suggestions regarding SkyBlock, feel free to pass them his way.
1.10 has been released faster than I would have ever thought - especially after the year it took for 1.9.4. What that means for PunFumblerCraft - so far, is that we have enabled the ability for 1.10 clients to connect to the server. However, we have not enabled the 1.10 features just yet. (We are still recovering from 1.9 change ;) )
What should I look forward in terms of changes in PFC? Glad you asked! We want to focus more on the player suggestion as we have been lately, working on fixing old bugs that just never got touched and MiniGames. We are going to pilot a couple of minigames and see how they go.
As always, please continue to put Suggestions on the forums or mail myself (KingPyro). They do get looked at! Don't forget to join our Discord channel and follow up on twitter! @PunFumblerCraft - PFC Discord Happy Playing!

Starting the Rollout of MC 1.9
March 29th 2016 12:02AM
PFC has started rolling out Minecraft 1.9 to the servers. Starting off with Creative - you can access it by logging in with a 1.9 client and heading into the Creative portal like usual. Please note that Creative can no longer be accessed by a 1.8 client. If attempted, it would just send you to Towny. After we see that Creative is stable enough, we will continue to roll out more. Have fun with the 1.9 features :)

Now that the dust has had a chance to settle a bit after Minecraft's 1.9 release. We have decided to start testing 1.9 for compatability issues, bugs ect. A separtate test server may come available to the public, however I can give no promises. As of right now, we currently do not have any ETA's or any lists of changes that will be made. The only thing I can assure is that The End and the Nether will be reset on each server. More information will follow.
